Positive: An amazing place! We are truly impressed by our stay. We have visited many places in Bulgaria, but we have never been this impressed before. I sincerely hope this beautiful little gem remains just the way it is. The staff are exceptionally kind and genuinely care about providing comfort to their guests. They even offered us a room upgrade, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The place itself is absolutely stunning, and the view is simply breathtaking. The spa area is peaceful, the mineral waters are healing, and as we understood, even more spa zones are coming soon, which sounds very promising. The restaurant deserves a solid 10 out of 10! Congratulations on the carefully curated menu and special compliments to the chef, whose creativity, attention to detail, and perfectly balanced flavors turn every dish into a true culinary experience. Overall, it honestly felt like we weren’t even in Bulgaria, such a unique and exceptional place. We can’t wait to come back again!
